1) What services do you offer?

We design and make custom bridal gowns, bridesmaids dresses, mother-of-the-bride/groom outfits, weekday alterations, and dress cleaning/preservation.

2) How do I book a consultation?

Use our Appointment page to request a private fitting, or call +27 79 254 9895. We work by appointment only at our Jukskei Park studio.

3) Do you charge a consultation fee?

Yes—consult fees apply for your 90-minute first appointment. The fee covers trying sample gowns, measurements, fabric guidance and a digital sketch.

4) How long does a custom wedding dress take?

Most custom gowns take 8–16 weeks depending on design and fabric availability. Rush options may be possible—ask us early.

5) Do you alter dresses not bought from you?

Yes—weekday alteration consultations are available by appointment. We’ll quote after assessing the gown in person.

6) How many fittings are included if I buy my dress from you?

Up to three rounds of fine-tuning alterations are included before your final collection so your gown fits perfectly.

7) What is your price range and how do payments work?

Typical custom gowns range from R12,500–R30,000+ depending on fabrics and detail. We take a deposit and offer flexible, staged payments on the balance.

8) How many guests can I bring to my consult?

Our home-based studio is intimate. We can comfortably host the bride plus up to five guests.

9) Do you make bridesmaids dresses and mother-of-the-bride/groom outfits?

Yes—choose from our sample range or commission custom pieces in your colours and styles.

10) Do you offer dress cleaning/preservation?

Yes—we offer professional wedding dress cleaning and preservation after your big day.

11) Where are you based and which areas do you serve?

We’re in Jukskei Park, Randburg (Gauteng) and serve Johannesburg, Randburg, Sandton, Fourways and greater Gauteng.

12) What should I bring to my first consult?

Bring inspiration photos, your preferred underwear/bra, and shoes with a similar heel height. If you have a firm wedding date and venue, that helps too.
